No surprises.
Ever.

You get an estimate before your airplane arrives. Then you see every finding, every photo, and every price before you approve a single line. That is the whole system.

Estimated before it arrives

Inspection labor is estimated from your make, model, equipment, and history. A deposit covers the estimate and is settled against actual hours.

Priced one item at a time

Anything we find is photographed, priced, and labeled Airworthy, Recommended, or Optional. You approve or decline each line.

Quoted before ordering

Parts and labor for approved items are on your estimate before anything is ordered. No mystery line items on the final invoice.

Want a number for your airplane? Send us your tail number and we’ll give you an estimated range for your inspection, based on your make, model, and history. Request an estimate.

You approve every dollar.

  1. Estimate before work

We start with your airplane's make, model, and history and give you an estimated hours range for the inspection. You know the ballpark before it arrives.

  2. Inspect and document

Every finding is photographed or filmed and added to your digital estimate with a clear price.

  3. You decide, line by line

Each item is labeled Airworthy, Recommended, or Optional. Approve or decline each one from your phone. Nothing outside what you approve gets done.

  4. Return to service

We finish the approved work, complete the logbook entries, and settle the invoice against actual hours. Pay by secure bank transfer link.

The fine print, in plain English.

Inspections
A deposit based on the estimated inspection hours is collected when the aircraft arrives. It is settled against actual hours on the final invoice.
Repairs
Every finding goes on your digital estimate with photos and video. Parts and estimated labor for the items you approve are paid before parts are ordered.
Approval levels
Each item is labeled Airworthy (required to return the aircraft to service), Recommended, or Optional. Nothing beyond what you approve is done.
Labor warranty
Workmanship is warrantied for 90 days or 100 flight hours, whichever comes first.
Storage
Storage is $100 per day, starting 3 days after we tell you the aircraft is ready.
After-hours AOG
Outside shop hours, a video consult with our on-call mechanic is $250, credited toward a call-out if we then come to you. A call-out to your airport is $1,000 to get a mechanic on site; labor and parts are billed separately. Both are paid by card up front. If no mechanic calls you back within an hour of payment, it is refunded in full automatically; once a mechanic has connected with you, it is not refundable.
Payment
Pay by secure bank transfer link. Balances more than 7 days past due accrue 1.75% per month.
